Cristina Todesco is a stage designer based in Boston. Incorporating her fine arts background in painting, sculpture, printmaking, and art history with a background in production, Cristina brings a sophisticated understanding of the collaborative process and a fresh visual aesthetic to each project while creating bold, dynamic and sculptural environments; all of which support and allow the story to come alive.  Her work has been seen on stages and in spaces with Actor's Shakespeare Project, ART Institute, Boston Playwrights, Boston College, Boston Conservatory, Boston Symphony Orchestrs at Symphony Hall and Tanglewood, Boston University, Capital Rep, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Circle in the Square, Company One, Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, Gloucester Stage, Geva Theatre Center, Greater Boston Stage Company, Harbor Stage, Harvard University, Huntington Theatre Company, Israeli Stage, Merrimack Repertory Theater, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, New Repertory Theater, Olney Theater Center, Orfeo Group, Poet's Theater, Shakespeare and Company, Speakeasy Stage Company, Suffolk University, Summer Play Festival, Trinity Rep, Wheelock Family Theater, Williamstown Theater Festival, among others.  For Outstanding Design, she is the recipient of four Elliot Norton Awards for The Clean House (New Rep), Twelfth Night (ASP), The Aliens and The Flick (Company One), an IRNE Award for appropriate(Speakeasy) and the Lois Roach Award for outstanding commitment to the Boston theatre community.
